Additional policies and FAQs

Custom Items - Are you looking for a special design? Send me an Etsy convo and we can set up a custom listing especially for you.

Custom items can take 2-3 weeks from start to finish. This does not include shipping time. If you need a piece by a certain date, please let me know and I will make every effort to meet that deadline.

During holidays, I get a lot of custom orders and the turn-around time can be longer. Like very very long. I only got two hands, so the earlier the better, please.
